My Services

Offered to privates, groups or studios

YOGA

  • it is a somatic approach to yoga and movement through which we listen, taste, see, feel, inquire and learn to embody our bodies as a living, feeling and exploring creative process of becoming. You can expect yogāsana, somatics, poetic storytelling, free intuitive movement and soundscape

  • I offer vinyasa flow classes for all, where we investigate inner alignment cues to keep the breath flowing.

MOVEMENT

  • It is a transformative and embodied practice of the bodymindheart that happens through shaking, jumping, dancing, intuitive movement, yoga, pilates and somatics, leading to a cathartic release and a resilient body.

  • Free movement is what we are. I offer spaces of freedom, authenticity and truth, held and guided throughout. No levels required.

MEDITATION

  • Somatic experiencing can be recorded through writing, language, words. In my session I guide bodily meditations and offer space and inputs to form stories/ poems out of intimate experiences.

  • to return to a parasympathetic nervous system I offer private and collective guided meditation that engages and presences the body- bodyfulness.

MY JOURNEY INTO EMBODIMENT

In my heart, I am a dancer. I started dancing when I was 3 years old and continued up until 20 with ballet and contemporary. I grew up with dance; it gave me so much and took something away simultaneously.

In my 20s, living abroad and exploring life on my own, a freer part of me called to be given more space. It was then that I started exploring improvisation and free movement, which later got me closer to the world of somatics.

Soma means body, and somatic refers to bodily. I experienced bodily workshops and trainings to catalyze personal and systemic change, using regenerative leadership, Theory U, non-dual tantra, and Inner Development Goals as lenses.

For the past 4 years, I have been a yoga practitioner in vinyasa and hatha styles. With my interest in somatics, I completed a 200-hour authentic flow training with the Authentic Flow Tribe and graduated in May. I am now pursuing a 50-hour embodied yin course and continue to study, practice, and teach.

I tap into the body realm for self-regulation, resourcing, and returning to more organic patterns of life. I aim to extend our capacity to feel and be present with what is, and to create resilience to withstand the ever-changing present. I also seek to make spaces for connection and joy. As a regenerative designer my ultimate goal is to utilise the awareness that arises from these experiences to advance more intentional, organic and aligned outer worlds.
